V\u0161echna elekt\u0159ina, a\u0165 z \u010dist\u00fdch nebo fosiln\u00edch zdroj\u016f, se p\u0159i p\u0159ipojen\u00ed do s\u00edt\u011b sm\u00edch\u00e1. Syst\u00e9my typu \u201ebook and claim\u201c (nap\u0159\u00edklad z\u00e1ruky p\u016fvodu Guarantees of Origin a I-REC) byly vyvinuty, aby umo\u017enily spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm n\u00e1rokovat si konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed a typ obnoviteln\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny jako svou. Jedn\u00e1 se o datab\u00e1ze, ve kter\u00fdch mohou v\u00fdrobci registrovat, tedy \u201ezaznamenat\u201c, kolik, kdy a jakou elekt\u0159inu vyrobili. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto informac\u00ed si spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 mohou \u201en\u00e1rokovat\u201c zelenou elekt\u0159inu. Jako d\u016fkaz o n\u00e1kupu obnoviteln\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny jsou vyd\u00e1v\u00e1ny certifik\u00e1ty o p\u016fvodu energie (Energy Attribute Certificates, EACs). Bez t\u011bchto certifik\u00e1t\u016f nen\u00ed n\u00e1kup zelen\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny mo\u017en\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hlavn\u00edmi c\u00edli syst\u00e9m\u016f sledov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou informovanost spot\u0159ebitele a zamezen\u00ed dvoj\u00edmu zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed. Zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed dvoj\u00edmu zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby nedo\u0161lo k tomu, \u017ee si tu samou zelenou elekt\u0159inu n\u00e1rokuje v\u00edce spot\u0159ebitel\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certifik\u00e1ty vydan\u00e9 z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pou\u017eity (tj. zru\u0161eny nebo uplatn\u011bny) v souladu s metodikou Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scope 2 Guidance: \u201eV\u0161echny smluvn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje pou\u017eit\u00e9 v metod\u011b zalo\u017een\u00e9 na trhu pro vykazov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed ve Scope 2 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vyd\u00e1ny a uplatn\u011bny co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee obdob\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie, na kter\u00e9 se vztahuj\u00ed\u201ca \u201emus\u00ed poch\u00e1zet ze stejn\u00e9ho trhu, na kter\u00e9m se nach\u00e1z\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed provoz vykazuj\u00edc\u00ed organizace.\u201c (str. 60). N\u00e1rodn\u00ed registry GO jsou spravov\u00e1ny st\u00e1tem jmenovan\u00fdmi subjekty, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad regul\u00e1tory a oper\u00e1tory s\u00edt\u011b. Ekozna\u010dka EKOenergie pracuje s GO v Evropsk\u00e9 Unii pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed elekt\u0159iny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e1vn\u00edm z\u00e1kladem tohoto syst\u00e9mu je \u010dl\u00e1nek 19 sm\u011brnice <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2018.328.01.0082.01.ENG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EU 2018\/2001 ze dne 11. prosince 2018 o podpo\u0159e vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed energie z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RECs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech a Kanad\u011b jsou certifik\u00e1ty pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed elekt\u0159iny naz\u00fdv\u00e1ny Renewable Electricity Certificates (RECs). Vlastnictv\u00ed REC je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro tvrzen\u00ed o u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny. RECs jsou u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny jak na dobrovoln\u00fdch trz\u00edch, tak i na trz\u00edch s povinn\u00fdm pln\u011bn\u00edm. Jin\u00e1 certifika\u010dn\u00ed sch\u00e9ma se mohou dopl\u0148ovat, ale to m\u016f\u017ee tvo\u0159it risk dvoj\u00edho zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.
