That chapter deals with the composition and activities of EKOenergy&#8217;s Arbitration Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the Arbitration Panel is to solve conflicts between members of our supporting network or between EKOenergy and its licensees, but this process has never been used. If a conflict ever arises, there are many efficient alternatives to having an arbitration panel, including private arbitration processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This step will help us further simplify and professionalise our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/about-us\/governance-and-decision-making\/\">governance structure<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposal will be submitted to our Board for a final vote in July 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to share thoughts and comments, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@ekoenergy.org\">info<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" class=\"wp-image-116708\" style=\"width: 12px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/small-EKOenergy-symbol-for-emails.jpg\" alt=\"\">ekoenergy.org<\/a>.
