Lucha contra la pobreza energ\u00e9tica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Todos los consumidores de energ\u00eda etiquetada por EKOenerg\u00eda contribuyen a nuestro Fondo Clim\u00e1tico<\/a>, a trav\u00e9s del cual financiamos proyectos de energ\u00eda renovable en pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo. De este modo, EKOenerg\u00eda ayuda a abordar la pobreza energ\u00e9tica y contribuye a la realizaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A principios de este a\u00f1o, organizamos una convocatoria abierta de proyectos y con la ayuda de un jurado independiente, seleccionamos los proyectos con un mayor impacto. Nos alegra anunciar un proyecto m\u00e1s a ser financiado por EKOenerg\u00eda, el 9\u00ba de este a\u00f1o. M\u00e1s seguir\u00e1n en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EKOenergy conceder\u00e1 20.000 \u20ac a Amani, la ONG italiana de desarrollo que llevar\u00e1 a cabo este proyecto de energ\u00eda solar en Nairobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde 1995, Amani ha construido y dado soporte a refugios, escuelas y centros de capacitaci\u00f3n en Kenya, Zambia y Sud\u00e1n, ofreciendo oportunidades concretas a los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as que se ven obligados a vivir en las calles. Para los proyectos en Kenia, Amani coopera con Koinonia Community, una organizaci\u00f3n local sin \u00e1nimo de lucro que gestiona directamente los proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Kenya, Amani y la Comunidad Koinonia dirigen dos centros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n para estos menores en los barrios marginales de Nairobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • El Centro Kivuli se propone ofrecer un lugar seguro para que los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as que antes viv\u00edan en la calle encuentren afecto, el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n y un grupo de amistades con los que jugar y crecer.<\/li>
  • El Hogar de Anita es el \u00fanico refugio de Amani espec\u00edficamente para ni\u00f1as y mujeres j\u00f3venes que huyen de matrimonios infantiles o de familias vulnerables.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    La electricidad para asegurar un servicio estable para el vecindario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Ambos centros son puntos de referencia para el vecindario circundante: el alumnado viene a estudiar en las bibliotecas y mucha gente viene a comprar agua en los pozos operados por una bomba el\u00e9ctrica. El Centro Kivuli tambi\u00e9n cuenta con un estudio de radiodifusi\u00f3n local (Mtaani Radio) que funciona las 24 horas del d\u00eda, un laboratorio de dentista, un dispensario m\u00e9dico que atiende diariamente a la zona circundante, y un espacio de carpinter\u00eda donde se imparten talleres de tallado. Lamentablemente, el acceso a la red el\u00e9ctrica aqu\u00ed no es sencillo y todos los servicios dependen a menudo de generadores diesel para poder asegurar un servicio 24h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Con nuestro apoyo, Amani instalar\u00e1 dos sistemas fotovoltaicos, uno de 30 kW con 22 kWh de almacenamiento en baterias de litio y otro de 10 kW con almacenamiento de 6,6 kWh; dos calentadores solares de agua (de 200 litros cada uno) junto con otras opciones de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, incluido el desplazamiento temporal de los servicios (bomba de agua) para utilizar mejor la electricidad fotovoltaica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    El proyecto asegurar\u00e1 un cambio del 100% a la energ\u00eda renovable junto con una reducci\u00f3n del 30% en el uso actual de la electricidad. Adem\u00e1s, los sistemas reci\u00e9n implantados podr\u00e1n intercambiar electricidad con la red y se utilizar\u00e1n como proyecto piloto para facilitar la introducci\u00f3n de la regulaci\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n neta de electricidad en Kenya. El proyecto ser\u00e1 ejecutado por Amani con la asistencia t\u00e9cnica de Ecorisoluzioni y el apoyo del Polit\u00e9cnico de Mil\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
