Au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, nous avons lanc\u00e9 un appel \u00e0 projets. Il est temps aujourd\u2019hui de s\u00e9lectionner les propositions les plus prometteuses et les plus percutantes avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un jury ind\u00e9pendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;un des projets r\u00e9cemment s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s est une initiative de l&rsquo;ONG italienne Istituto Oikos visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des mini-r\u00e9seaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de Rakhine, au Myanmar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/fr\/our-results\/climate-fund\/\">Le Fonds pour le Climat d&rsquo;EKO\u00e9nergie <\/a>accordera 22 000 euros pour sa mise en \u0153uvre et compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des subventions d&rsquo;autres donateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, le projet permettra d<strong>&lsquo;installer des micro-r\u00e9seaux solaires dans deux communaut\u00e9s isol\u00e9es<\/strong> du district de Thandwe, dans le sud de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de Rakhine. Ce projet s&rsquo;inscrit dans le prolongement <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Climate_fund_leaflet_2018_English_Myanmar_Rakhine.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"> du projet pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent <\/a> financ\u00e9 par les consommateurs d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 labellis\u00e9e EKO\u00e9nergie. Il s&rsquo;appuiera sur les relations d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tablies avec les fournisseurs locaux et les autorit\u00e9s locales (Bureau des compagnies d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 du canton de Kyeintali).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet garantira un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 une <strong>\u00e9nergie fiable et renouvelable pour 50 m\u00e9nages dans deux villages<\/strong>. Ces villages sont des communaut\u00e9s rurales, o\u00f9 la principale source de revenus provient des activit\u00e9s agricoles (la taille moyenne des terres cultiv\u00e9es par m\u00e9nage est de 2 \u00e0 5 acres), des travaux saisonniers et des activit\u00e9s de p\u00eache (subsistance). La communaut\u00e9 n&rsquo;a pas acc\u00e8s aux sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Les bougies et les lampes \u00e0 k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne sont les seuls appareils d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coop\u00e9ration et expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant l&rsquo;activation du programme national d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification du Myanmar 2015-2030, seuls 6 % de la population de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de Rakhine avaient acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. La zone d&rsquo;intervention choisie et la solution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie propre propos\u00e9e sont en accord avec ce programme national d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification et sont bas\u00e9es sur une \u00e9valuation pr\u00e9cise des besoins men\u00e9e avec le soutien du responsable municipal des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique (EPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9sence historique de l&rsquo;Istituto Oikos dans la zone d&rsquo;intervention permet l&rsquo;utilisation des connaissances de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 locale, de la dynamique locale et des potentialit\u00e9s. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la gestion participative de la centrale visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le gaspillage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie se fera en impliquant la communaut\u00e9 locale dans les travaux d&rsquo;installation, en lui fournissant une formation technique, en l&rsquo;engageant et la soutenant. L&rsquo;espoir, aussi, que des actions similaires soient reproduites dans les villages voisins afin d\u2019obtenir des succ\u00e8s similaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contribution \u00e0 plusieurs Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/Climate-Fund-Myanmar-Oikos-2019-1000-320x213.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-77267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Climate-Fund-Myanmar-Oikos-2019-1000-320x213.jpg 320w, https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Climate-Fund-Myanmar-Oikos-2019-1000-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Climate-Fund-Myanmar-Oikos-2019-1000-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Climate-Fund-Myanmar-Oikos-2019-1000.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Le projet vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement Durable, en se concentrant particuli\u00e8rement sur la r\u00e9duction de la pauvret\u00e9, en donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques durables aux communaut\u00e9s rurales pauvres non connect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Objectif n\u00b07 (\u00c9nergie propre et d&rsquo;un co\u00fbt abordable) : Le projet promeut l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des communaut\u00e9s rurales par des solutions d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies renouvelables et atteint les r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es o\u00f9 l&rsquo;infrastructure du r\u00e9seau national n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9sente.<\/li><li>Objectif n\u00b05 (\u00c9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes) : L&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques a un impact significatif sur les moyens de subsistance des femmes en r\u00e9duisant le temps consacr\u00e9 aux t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res, en am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 de leur sant\u00e9 et en leur permettant de se consacrer \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres activit\u00e9s telles que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de revenus, l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, le temps pass\u00e9 avec les enfants et les loisirs.<\/li><li>Objectif n\u00b013 (Mesures relatives \u00e0 la lutte contre les changements climatiques) : L&rsquo;utilisation des \u00e9nergies renouvelables r\u00e9duit la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de recourir aux sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie traditionnelles (bois, k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne, etc.) et, par cons\u00e9quent, r\u00e9duit la d\u00e9forestation et les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre ; elle se pr\u00e9sente comme un outil puissant d&rsquo;adaptation et de r\u00e9silience au changement climatique<\/li><li>Objectif n\u00b010 (In\u00e9galit\u00e9s r\u00e9duites) : L&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des zones isol\u00e9es contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre les zones urbaines et p\u00e9riurbaines<\/li><li>Elle contribue \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re moins directe et moins visible \u00e0 de nombreux autres Objectifs tels que l\u2019Objectif n\u00b01 (Pas de pauvret\u00e9), l\u2019Objectif n\u00b02 (Faim \u00ab\u00a0Z\u00e9ro\u00a0\u00bb) et l\u2019Objectif n\u00b04 (\u00c9ducation de qualit\u00e9).G No.4 (quality education).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Publi\u00e9 le 13 Mai 2020<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire pour le Myanmar Gr\u00e2ce aux contributions des utilisateurs d&rsquo;EK\u00e9energie dans le monde entier, nous sommes en mesure de financer des projets d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable.
