At that time, the focus of the label was on Europe only. In 2015 we made it possible to apply the label outside Europe too and in 2017 we added specific criteria with regard to on-site produced electricity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from the criteria for electricity, we also developed criteria for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/ecolabel\/criteria\/ekoenergy-gas\/\">renewable gas<\/a> and criteria for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/ecolabel\/criteria\/renewable-heat\/\">renewable heat and cold<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criteria for electricity <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul
