Svarbu vengti dvigubo perskai\u010diavimo, kad keli vartotojai negal\u0117t\u0173 teigti vartojantys t\u0105 pa\u010di\u0105 \u017eali\u0105j\u0105 elektros energij\u0105.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sertifikatai, sukurti naudojant atsinaujinan\u010dius i\u0161teklius, turi b\u016bti panaudoti (ty at\u0161aukiami arba i\u0161pirkti) pagal \u0160iltnamio efekt\u0105 sukelian\u010di\u0173 duj\u0173 protokolo 2 taikymo srities gaires (Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scope 2 Guidance): \u201eVisos sutartin\u0117s priemon\u0117s, naudojamos pagal rinka pagr\u012fst\u0105 antros taikymo srities apskaitos metod\u0105, turi b\u016bti i\u0161duodamos ir i\u0161perkamos kuo grei\u010diau prasid\u0117jus energijos vartojimo laikotarpiui, kuriam taikoma priemon\u0117\u201c ir \u201eturi b\u016bti gaunama i\u0161 tos pa\u010dios rinkos, kurioje vykdomos atskaitingo subjekto elektros energijos vartojimo operacijos\u201c. Nacionalinius GO registrus valdo valstyb\u0117s paskirti subjektai, kaip reguliavimo institucijos arba tinklo operatoriai. D\u0117l elektros energijos atsekimo EKOenergijos ekologinis \u017eenklas bendradarbiauja su Europos S\u0105jungoje esan\u010diais GO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teisinis sistemos pagrindas yra<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/LT\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:32009L0028&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> 2009 m. baland\u017eio 23 d. Direktyvos 2009\/28\/EB d\u0117l skatinimo naudoti atsinaujinan\u010di\u0173 i\u0161tekli\u0173 energij\u0105<\/a> 15 straipsnyje. Nuo 2021 m. \u0161i direktyva bus pakeista <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/LT\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:32018L2001&amp;from=EN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2018 m. gruod\u017eio 11 d. Direktyvos (ES) 2018\/2001 d\u0117l skatinimo naudoti atsinaujinan\u010di\u0173j\u0173 i\u0161tekli\u0173 energij\u0105<\/a> 19 straipsniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JAV ir Kanadoje elektros energijos sekimo sertifikatai vadinami Atsinaujinan\u010dios elektros energijos sertifikatais (REC). B\u016btina tur\u0117ti REC norint \u012frodyti atsinaujina\u010dios elektros energijos vartojim\u0105. REC naudojamos tiek savanori\u0161kose, tiek atitikties rinkose (complience markets). Daugiau skaitykite Center for Resource Solutions (I\u0161tekli\u0173 sprendim\u0173 centro) dokumente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Legal-Basis-for-RECs.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Legal Basis for Renewable Energy Certificates<\/a> (PDF) (Atsinaujinan\u010dios energijos sertifikat\u0173 teisinis pagrindas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norint naudoti EKOenergijos \u017eenkl\u0105 JAV ir Kanadoje, b\u016btini REC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I-REC sertifikatai<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irecstandard.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The International REC Standard<\/a> (Tarptautinis REC standartas) yra ne pelno siekianti organizacija, teikianti patikimas atribut\u0173 sekimo sistemas (EAC sistemas) visame pasaulyje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaip ekologinis \u017eenklas energijai, EKOenergija bendradarbiauja su I-REC, siekdama \u012fdiegti standartin\u0119 elektros atsekimo sistem\u0105 tose \u0161alyse, kuriose vietos vald\u017eia jos nenustat\u0117, pavyzd\u017eiui, Turkijoje, Kinijoje, Indijoje, Brazilijoje, Meksikoje, Indonezijoje ir Piet\u0173 Afrikoje. <a href=\"https:\/\/evident.services\/device-register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0160ali\u0173, kuriose yra I-REC registrai, s\u0105ra\u0161\u0105<\/a> galite rasti I-REC svetain\u0117je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EKOenergija priima I-REC sertifikatus EKOenergijos ekologiniu \u017eenklu pa\u017eym\u0117tos elektros energijos sekimui, jei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I-REC yra naudojami per 12 m\u0117nesi\u0173 nuo pagaminimo.<\/li><li>Ta pati I-REC produkcija nebuvo panaudota anglies dioksido kompensavimo kreditui (carbon offset credit) sukurti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nacionaliniai elektros atsekimo sertifikatai<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EKOenergija yra atvira darbui su kitomis sekimo sistemomis, jei jos atitinka m\u016bs\u0173 kriterijus, pagal kuriuos i\u0161vengiama dvigubo perskai\u010diavimo ir yra u\u017etikrinamas informacijos skaidrumas. \u012evairios sertifikat\u0173 schemos gali papildyti viena kit\u0105, ta\u010diau d\u0117l to gali kilti dvigubo perskai\u010diavimo rizika, o to visada reik\u0117t\u0173 vengti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkret\u016bs atvejai bus vertinami pagal \u0161al\u012f, kurioje vartojama elektra. Jei turite klausim\u0173, kreipkit\u0117s \u012f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/lt\/about-us\/contact-us\/\">EKOenergijos sekretoriat\u0105<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Japonija:<\/strong> \u0161iuo metu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdp.net\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDP<\/a> priima J-Credits (J-kreditus), Green Power Certificates (\u017daliosios energijos sertifikatus) ir Nei\u0161kastinio kuro kreditus (NFC). Tikimasi, kad NFC taps pagrindine sekimo sistema Japonijoje. Kartu su RE100 ir CDP, EKOenergija taip pat atid\u017eiai seka poky\u010dius Japonijoje ir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/state-of-the-japanese-renewable-energy-market\/\">\u0161iuo metu priima visas 3 galimas schemas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Taivanas:<\/strong> Taivane \u012fprasta praktika pirmenyb\u0117 teikiama I-REC. EKOenergy taip pat priima Taivano REC (T-REC)..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Australija:<\/strong> Atsinaujinan\u010dios elektros energijos gamyba ir pardavimas Australijoje vykdomas per Australijos REC. Tai apima ma\u017eos apimties technologij\u0173 sertifikatus (STC) ir didelio masto generavimo sertifikatus (LGC). Australijos REC tinka EKOenergijos ekologiniu \u017eenklu pa\u017eym\u0117tos elektros energijos sekimui Australijoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vietin\u0117s gamybos atsekimas, EEPS (PPA) ir elektros sutartys<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be \u017ealiosios energijos sutar\u010di\u0173: gamyba vietoje, EEPS (elektros pirkimo sutartys) ir atsiet\u0173 sertifikat\u0173 pirkimas yra kiti b\u016bdai gauti atsinaujinan\u010dios elektros energijos. Nepriklausomai nuo metodo, EKOenergijos ekologinis \u017eenklas u\u017etikrina, kad b\u016bt\u0173 i\u0161vengta dvigubo skai\u010diavimo. EKOenergijos kriterijai nurodo, kad vartotojas visada turi b\u016bti informuotas apie perkamos elektros kilm\u0117s \u0161al\u012f (ar region\u0105).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EKOenergijos \u017eenklu pa\u017eym\u0117ta energija atitinka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/lt\/why-buy\/other-standards\/\">\u0160iltnamio efekt\u0105 sukelian\u010di\u0173 duj\u0173 protokolo standart\u0105, taip pat praktik\u0105, kuri\u0105 palaiko CDP<\/a>.
