O projeto foi preparado e implementado por <a href=\"http:\/\/www.santesud.org\/anglais\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sant\u00e9 Sud<\/a>\u00a0em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com os seus parceiros locais. At\u00e9 o final de 2020, os pain\u00e9is solares ser\u00e3o colocados em seis das oito unidades de maternidade comunit\u00e1rias.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energia para parteiras aut\u00f4nomas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos maiores problemas de sa\u00fade do pa\u00eds \u00e9 a sa\u00fade sexual e reprodutiva. 66% (sessenta e seis por cento) dos partos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o assistidos por profissionais de sa\u00fade qualificados. As \u00e1reas rurais de Madagascar, onde est\u00e3o 70% (setenta por cento) da popula\u00e7\u00e3o malgaxe, s\u00e3o as mais impactadas. Para enfrentar esse problema, Sant\u00e9 Sud, uma ONG de desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel francesa, juntou for\u00e7as com as comunidades locais e autoridades. Eles decidiram estabelecer v\u00e1rias parteiras aut\u00f4nomas em unidades de maternidades privadas em oito comunidades de \u00e1reas rurais remotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o suporte financeiro de EKOenergy, cada unidade de maternidade recebeu equipamento de energia fotovoltaica, o que garantiu acesso est\u00e1vel a eletricidade e custos de giro baixos. Como a eletricidade facilita a vida di\u00e1ria dentro dos alojamentos das parteiras e das cl\u00ednicas, o projeto melhorou consideravelmente as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida dos moradores locais. Ele possibilitou o uso de refrigeradores para preservar vacinas e medica\u00e7\u00f5es, providenciou luzes essenciais para o cuidado de pacientes durante o dia e a noite, e o carregamento de telefones celulares e outros dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos. N\u00f3s fizemos algumas perguntas sobre as instala\u00e7\u00f5es a Perle, o l\u00edder do projeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desenvolvido em Madagascar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EKOenergy: Voc\u00ea poderia descrever essas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de pain\u00e9is fotovoltaicos? Quantos s\u00e3o? Como eles funcionam?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perle, o l\u00edder do projeto: <\/strong>Dois kits Jirogasy foram instalados por unidade de maternidade. Cada kit \u00e9 composto por uma caixa Jirogasy contendo um painel solar, uma bateria, um conversor de energia, bem como alguns cabos (para as l\u00e2mpadas, o painel, a bateria e o conversor de energia correspondente). Al\u00e9m disso, quatro l\u00e2mpadas de LED de baixo consumo energ\u00e9tico de 400 lumens foram inclu\u00eddas no kit. O lumen \u00e9 a unidade de medida do brilho da l\u00e2mpada. A maior parte das l\u00e2mpadas tem entre 100 e 150 lumens. As l\u00e2mpadas da Jirogasy t\u00eam 400 lumens, logo, s\u00e3o de 2 a 4 vezes mais claras que as l\u00e2mpadas comuns<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A energia tamb\u00e9m permite o funcionamento do Jirodesk, um computador desenvolvido em Madagascar. Ele permite que a equipe realize todas as tarefas burocr\u00e1ticas, como o preenchimento de formul\u00e1rios e o armazenamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para qu\u00ea esses pain\u00e9is fotovolt\u00e1icos s\u00e3o usados?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pain\u00e9is fotovoltaicos s\u00e3o usados para as unidades de maternidade e para os alojamentos das parteiras. Isso significa que eles impulsionam a refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o para a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das vacinas, bem como a ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o para os cuidados com os pacientes, partos noturnos, e alojamentos. Al\u00e9m disso, o Jirodesk inclu\u00eddo na oferta Jirogasy possibilitou acesso \u00e0 eletricidade, o que abriu a possibilidade de usar ferramentas de TI, ao r\u00e1dio e serem capazes de recarregar equipamentos m\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quais s\u00e3o os benef\u00edcios do uso da energia solar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As parteiras est\u00e3o localizadas em \u00e1reas rurais, dessa forma, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o. A energia solar, por outro lado, est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel, e continua, at\u00e9 hoje, como o \u00fanico meio dispon\u00edvel em Madagascar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a esta\u00e7\u00e3o seca, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 sol suficiente, mas h\u00e1 luz do dia. As parteiras s\u00e3o treinadas para economizar energia e s\u00f3 a utilizam por raz\u00f5es essenciais. Al\u00e9m disso, elas aprenderam a controlar e verificar a voltagem indicada para a bateria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Onde a eletricidade \u00e9 usada?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A eletricidade \u00e9 usada nas cl\u00ednicas e pelas parteiras em seus alojamentos, para ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e carregar telefones e outras atividades que requerem eletricidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O que acontece se algo quebra ou para de funcionar? Quem lida com isso?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fornecedor garante que os materiais obedecem a r\u00edgidas normas t\u00e9cnicas anexadas ao contrato, e a Sant\u00e9 Sud se beneficia de um pacote de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o programada de 3 anos. Se um problema ocorre, as parteiras podem recorrer ao fornecedor pelo telefone.
