Detta f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra att:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Energin har producerats i enlighet med <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/sv\/ecolabel\/\">v\u00e5ra h\u00e5llbarhetskriterier<\/a>.<\/li><li>F\u00f6rnybara attribut inte \u00e4r utsatta f\u00f6r dubbelr\u00e4kning.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6retag l\u00e4gger allt st\u00f6rre vikt p\u00e5 att anskaffa gr\u00f6n energi. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har sp\u00e5rningssystem f\u00f6r olika typer av f\u00f6rnybar energi utvecklats. EKOenergi f\u00f6ljer noga med utvecklingen av sp\u00e5randet av f\u00f6rnybar el, f\u00f6rnybar gas och f\u00f6rnybar v\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedan hittar du mera information, och en \u00f6verblick av sp\u00e5rningssystemen som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att bevisa ursprunget p\u00e5 energin som m\u00e4rkts med EKOenergis milj\u00f6m\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sp\u00e5randet av el<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El kan inte sp\u00e5ras l\u00e4ngs med eln\u00e4tet. All elektricitet som produceras, vare sig fr\u00e5n ren energi eller fossila k\u00e4llor, blandas d\u00e5 de tillf\u00f6rs till eln\u00e4tet. &#8221;Boka och beg\u00e4r&#8221; (book and claim) system, s\u00e5som Guarantees of Origin och I-REC:er, har utvecklats f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r konsumenter att g\u00f6ra anspr\u00e5k p\u00e5 en specifik m\u00e4ngd och typ av f\u00f6rnybar el. Dessa \u00e4r databaser d\u00e4r producenterna kan registrera eller &#8221;boka&#8221; hur mycket, n\u00e4r och hur de har producerat sin el. Sedan kan konsumenterna i sin tur &#8221;beg\u00e4ra&#8221; den gr\u00f6na elen baserat p\u00e5 denna information. Energi Attribut Certifikat (EAC) tilldelas som bevis f\u00f6r ett ink\u00f6p av f\u00f6rnybar el. Att k\u00f6pa gr\u00f6n energi \u00e4r inte m\u00f6jligt om inte energins ursprung bevisats med dessa certifikat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att informera konsumenten och att undvika dubbelr\u00e4kning \u00e4r huvudm\u00e5len med sp\u00e5rningssystemen. Undvikandet av dubbelr\u00e4kning \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att ingen annan konsument g\u00f6r anspr\u00e5k p\u00e5 samma enheter av gr\u00f6n energi som n\u00e5gon annan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifikat f\u00f6r energi som framst\u00e4llts fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rnybara k\u00e4llor m\u00e5ste anv\u00e4ndas (dvs. avbrytas eller inl\u00f6sas) i enlighet med riktlinjerna f\u00f6r Greenhouse Gas Protocol Scope 2 Guidance: &#8221;Alla kontraktsmedel som anv\u00e4nds i den marknadsbaserade metoden f\u00f6r Scope 2 bokf\u00f6ring b\u00f6r utf\u00e4rdas och inl\u00f6sas n\u00e4rmast m\u00f6jligt den tidsperiod f\u00f6r energikonsumtion p\u00e5 vilken medlet till\u00e4mpats&#8221; samt &#8221;b\u00f6r dessutom erh\u00e5llas fr\u00e5n samma marknadsomr\u00e5de d\u00e4r den rapporterade enhetens elf\u00f6rbrukningsverksamhet f\u00f6rekommer&#8221; (s.60; \u00f6vers\u00e4ttning). Nationella registreringskontor f\u00f6r ursprungsgarantier drivs av enheter som utn\u00e4mnts av staten. Exempel p\u00e5 s\u00e5dana \u00e4r regleringsanordningar eller eln\u00e4tsoperat\u00f6rer. EKOenergis milj\u00f6m\u00e4rke jobbar med ursprungsgarantier i EU f\u00f6r att sp\u00e5ra el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e4ttsliga grunden f\u00f6r systemet finns i artikel 15 i <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX:32009L0028\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Direktiv 2009\/28\/EC den 23 april 2009 om fr\u00e4mjandet av anv\u00e4ndningen av energi fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rnybara k\u00e4llor<\/a>. Fr\u00e5n och med 2021 kommer detta direktiv att ers\u00e4ttas med artikel 19 i <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2018.328.01.0082.01.ENG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Direktiv (EU) 2018\/2001 den 11 december 2018<\/a> om fr\u00e4mjandet av anv\u00e4ndningen av energi fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rnybara k\u00e4llor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REC:er<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I USA och Kanada kallas elsp\u00e5rningscertifikat f\u00f6r f\u00f6rnybar elektricitet-certifikat (Renewable Electricity Certificates &#8211; RECs). Innehav av s\u00e5dana certifikat \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r att kunna p\u00e5st\u00e5 att man anv\u00e4nder h\u00e5llbar el. RECer anv\u00e4nds i s\u00e5v\u00e4l volont\u00e4r utsl\u00e4ppsmarknad som i reglerad kompensationsmarknad (compliance market). L\u00e4s mera i Center for Resource Solutions PDF: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Legal-Basis-for-RECs.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">The Legal Basis for Renewable Energy Certificates<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda EKOenergis milj\u00f6m\u00e4rke i USA och i Kanada \u00e4r REC:er n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I-REC Certifikat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irecstandard.org\" target=\"_blank\">The International REC Standard<\/a> \u00e4r en ideell organisation som arbetar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rse v\u00e4rlden med robusta attributsp\u00e5rningssystem (Energy Attrbute Certifikat &#8211; EAC system).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som ett energimilj\u00f6m\u00e4rke jobbar EKOenergy med I-REC:er f\u00f6r att inf\u00f6ra ett standardsp\u00e5rningssystem till l\u00e4nder d\u00e4r en s\u00e5dan inte inr\u00e4ttats av landskapsregeringen, s\u00e5som i Turkiet, Kina, Indien, Brasilien, Mexiko, Indonesien och Sydafrika. <a href=\"https:\/\/evident.services\/device-register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En lista p\u00e5 l\u00e4nder med I-REC registreringskontor<\/a> kan hittas p\u00e5 I-REC:s webbsida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EKOenergi godk\u00e4nner I-REC-certifikat p\u00e5 sp\u00e5randet av EKOenergi-milj\u00f6m\u00e4rkt el om:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I-REC:erna anv\u00e4nds inom 12 m\u00e5nader efter produktionen.<\/li><li>Samma produktion f\u00f6r I-REC:erna har inte anv\u00e4nts f\u00f6r att skapa en klimatkompensationskredit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nationella sp\u00e5rningscertifikat f\u00f6r elektricitet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>EKOenergi \u00e4r villig att jobba med andra sp\u00e5rningssystem, s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge som de uppfyller v\u00e5ra kriterier om att dubbelr\u00e4kning undviks och informationen \u00e4r transparent. Olika certifikatscheman kan komplementera varandra, men detta kan utg\u00f6ra en risk f\u00f6r dubbelr\u00e4kning, vilket b\u00f6r alltid undvikas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifika fall evalueras baserat p\u00e5 landet d\u00e4r elektriciteten anv\u00e4nds. Var god och kontakta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/sv\/about-us\/contact-us\/\">EKOenergis sekretariat<\/a> om du har fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Japan:<\/strong> F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande accepterar <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdp.net\/en\" target=\"_blank\">CDP<\/a> J-krediter, gr\u00f6n energi-certifikat och \u201dNon-Fossil Value Credits\u201d (NFC). Det f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas att NFC kommer att bli det huvudsakliga sp\u00e5rningssystemet i Japan. Tillsammans med RE100 och CDP f\u00f6ljer ocks\u00e5 EKOenergi noga med utvecklingen i Japan, och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/sv\/state-of-the-japanese-renewable-energy-market\/\">godk\u00e4nner f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande 3 tillg\u00e4ngliga scheman<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Taiwan:<\/strong> Enligt allm\u00e4n praxis f\u00f6redras I-REC:er i Taiwan. EKOenergi godk\u00e4nner ocks\u00e5 Taiwanesiska REC:er (T-REC:er).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Australien: <\/strong>Produktionen och s\u00e4ljandet av f\u00f6rnybar el g\u00f6rs i Australien med hj\u00e4lp av Australiska REC:er. Dessa inkluderar sm\u00e5skaliga teknologicertifikat (STC:er) och storskaliga generationscertifikat (LGC:er). Australiska REC:er godk\u00e4nns f\u00f6r sp\u00e5randet av EKOenergi-milj\u00f6m\u00e4rkt elektricitet i Australien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sp\u00e5randet av egen produktion p\u00e5 plats, PPA:er och elavtal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver kontrakt om gr\u00f6n energi \u00e4r egen produktion, PPA:er (Power purchase agreements &#8211; energik\u00f6psavtal) och certifikatk\u00f6p andra s\u00e4tt att anskaffa f\u00f6rnybar el. Oavsett metoden s\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e4krar EKOenergis milj\u00f6m\u00e4rke att dubbelr\u00e4kning undviks. Detta inneb\u00e4r att n\u00e4r den producerade elen kommer fr\u00e5n n\u00e4tverket s\u00e5 kan konsumenten h\u00e4vda att de anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6rnybar el:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Om EAC:er har utf\u00e4rdats till produktionen.<\/li><li>Om dessa har avbokats i konsumentens namn.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I fall av egen produktion p\u00e5 plats utf\u00e4rdas s\u00e4llan n\u00e5gra sp\u00e5rningscertifikat, eftersom elen levereras direkt till en specifik konsument utan att passera n\u00e4tverket. Om EAC:er end\u00e5 utf\u00e4rdats f\u00f6r s\u00e5 lokalt konsumerad el, b\u00f6r de annulleras\/inl\u00f6sas p\u00e5 den lokala konsumentens v\u00e4gnar f\u00f6r att undvika vilka som helst risker f\u00f6r dubbelr\u00e4kning. EKOenergis kriterier specificerar att konsumenten alltid m\u00e5ste vara informerad om vilket land elektriciteten som de k\u00f6per kommer ifr\u00e5n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energi som m\u00e4rkts med EKOenergis m\u00e4rke f\u00f6ljer s\u00e5v\u00e4l <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekoenergy.org\/sv\/why-buy\/other-standards\/\">Greenhouse Gas protocol standard som de praxisar som CDP st\u00f6djer<\/a>. Samarbetspartnerna b\u00f6r vara mottagliga f\u00f6r alla marknadsakt\u00f6rer som \u00e4r intresserade och alla som undviker dubbelr\u00e4kning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r \u00f6nskv\u00e4rt att det finns endast 1 godk\u00e4nt sp\u00e5rningssystem per land eller 1 godk\u00e4nt sp\u00e5rningssystem per typ av gas, dvs. biogas, power-to-gas, osv. Godk\u00e4nnandet av ett s\u00e5dant sytem \u00e4r tillf\u00e4lligt.
