Where does EKOenergy come from?

EKOenergy does not label power plants. But we do take into account the origin of the electricity we promote. Only the energy that comes from power plants that fulfill our sustainability criteria can be sold as EKOenergy-labelled energy.

Click here for the application form for hydropower installations (PDFDOC). For other types of renewable energy, contact us at infosmall ekoenergy symbolekoenergy.org.

Also note that this map does NOT show all eligible (or approved) power plants, but only those that licenced sellers have asked us to add to the map.
