Are you ready to roll up your sleeves to make a positive change in the world? EKOenergy seeks to recruit a Seller Relations Manager, a person with a go-get attitude ready to support and develop the steadily growing community of authorised EKOenergy sellers.
The position of a Seller Relations Manager is a new, full-time and permanent position. EKOenergy works globally but our office is in Helsinki and the new employee will also work from Helsinki. The starting date is flexible.

Key responsibilities
EKOenergy is a globally active, non-profit ecolabel for renewable energy, owned and managed by the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation. EKOenergy-labelled energy is made available in 80 countries thanks to a growing number of authorised sellers. As our Seller Relations Manager, your role will be to support our expanding network of authorised sellers by providing them with the best tools and resources to effectively sell EKOenergy-labelled energy to their clients and enhance their sales performance.
- Proactively manage relationships and provide support to existing EKOenergy sellers worldwide,
- Execute the onboarding process for new authorised sellers,
- Offer guidance to energy companies interested in partnering with us,
- Develop new marketing and training materials, in cooperation with EKOenergy’s international volunteers and trainees
- Conduct desk-checks of renewable energy installations, support the annual audit of EKOenergy sales, and assist with invoicing.
Experience, skills and competencies
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and corporate relationship management
- Strong ability to build and sustain positive partnerships
- Proficient in independently managing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of precision when collecting and comparing information (including auditing processes and bookkeeping)
- Excellent written, oral, and reading skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, facilitating cooperation with energy sellers worldwide and with the diverse team of volunteers and trainees at EKOenergy’s Secretariat
Experience in the renewable energy market is welcome. But a genuine interest in learning more about the sector and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge are even more important.
What we offer
All EKOenergy employees are employees of the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation. The labour agreement is based on Palta-Erto’s Framework Agreement, the salary grade is PR3 (ranging between 2 747 – 3 243 EUR based on previous work experience years). In addition to the salary, we offer occupational health care and lunch vouchers.
Working environment
This is a full-time position based in Helsinki, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. While the primary work schedule is during regular business hours, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. The EKOenergy Secretariat currently consists of four full-time employees and eight international, long-term volunteers, and our working language is English.
